The Coolbuster website (aka CoolbusterAtYourService.Blogspot.Com) has a very professional feel to it, even though it is the personal site of a government official / former disc jockey / Anchorman. The only thing that looks out of place are the flashing "new" icons next to (apparently) every article written here. Aren't all articles "new" when they're on the front page? Do old articles ever appear here?
LayoutThe tag cloud on the right side was a welcome feature. The navigation bar looks nice, but the links are moderately useless. For instance, if you wanted to use the Internet Speed Test or download the CB Toolbar, you would only go there one time or bookmark the Speed Test page. There's no need to have that link there unless people are going to access it frequently or if those pages are going to change several times a year.
I love seeing those links at the bottom of blogs underneath the last post on each page. It really encourages readers to continue to explore the website even further. Also, the feed character is cute and well placed.
Content
While the content is already pretty good, this is where there is the most room for improvement (I mean that as a compliment). It seems everyone is suffering now-a-days from a lack of in-article links and images. Simply put, too much text is just boring. Secondly, it seems that the focus of this blog is mostly on internet tools and blogging. While that is fine of course, it seems to be rather vague. It is much easier to increase your numbers by focusing on a specific niche. In other words, just embrace what you're already writing about and try to avoid off-topic articles.
The Bottom Line
This is a great blog that doesn't need too much more work to become a better blog. A little short on pictures and occasionally off-focus, but well worth your time.
